My name is Glenn.
I am new to Armorama and I've been MIA from the model building scene for about 15 years.I thought I'd ease into it with a small German halftrack, but I always wanted to build a 35th scale Locomotive.Icouldnt get it outta my head , so I shelved the halftrack and jumped into the BR86 with both feet.I am mostly an armor guy and I've never built a Train before,I think it's Von Ryans fault, lol.
Anyway here are some pics of what I've accomplished so far.The build is for the most part done and now I am at the fun stage of weathering. This is part one of a big diorama.
I have to give a plug out to Ak interactive.Their line of weathering products is just great.
I welcome all criticism and praise.
I hope you enjoy
thanks
Glenn

I find that using
www.imgur.com is much easier than 95% of the image hosting sites out there, and they will generate the necessary code for forum usage with one click. Plus - if you use that, I can see the pics from my work computer!

I recommend
www.photobucket.com . It is easy to upload photos and the image link appears, when you mouse over the photo. One click and it copies the link.
