Hi everyone
Here is my recently finished Australian Leopard AS1. It is the Tamiya 1/35 West German Leopard kit, which I have built to depict "Hat Dich" - ride of the Commanding Officer of 1st Armoured Regiment. Our Leopard AS1's were replaced a few years ago with refurbished M1A1's from the US.
I used 'Mouse House's Tamiya Leopard AS1 Conversion, decals and Auscam paint.
Thanks for looking
Greg

Looks good but you should consider changing the antennas for some piano string ones. Have you made any modifications to the basic kit?
Could you share your opinion about the Auscam paints?

nice and clean build, I like the subtle weathering, something I struggle with at times.

Thanks Olivier. I had planned to replace the antennas with carbon fibre but might check out some piano wire.
I found Mouse House's Auscam paint very good. Here is a link - http://www.mheaust.com.au/MHE/Paint/MAP1.htm
Also, I used Mouse House's conversion kit (see pic below).

I wanted to keep the weathering to a minimum on this one..

Thanks Greg for your comment about the paint.
I'd think of buying a set when I start my Australian vehicles (ASLAV and Bushmaster).

Greg, nicely done. I really like your overall weathering, as it has that "used but not abused" look.

I've never seen a shovel mounted on the left hull side before. Is that just artistic licence in your build?
