Don't know the name of it, but it's a device to defend against anti-tank missles.

Its part of a defense system for israeli AFV's
Both Voyager and ET Models refer to it as "Windbreaker", but that name corresponds to the whole anti missile system, not only this device.
Generally, you can find references to it as the anti missile "droid"...

Hard Corps models does a resin casting of this device but I can't seem pull up anything on their website

The Hardcorps 'droid' was 3-D printed, but Hardcorps shut down (AFAIK) when the owner Dave Harper passed away. Voyager and (ahem) AEF make them too.
