Don't really have any negative criticism, because it looks great! How were the tracks? Did you use NATO black for the camouflage?

It's actually dark green...might be the camera exposure that's causing it to look extra dark.

What bits did you use from the AFV Club set?

Jeff, nicely done. Love the over paint and weathering effect. Used but not abused.

The tracks, wheels and torsion arms. That's about all that was really beneficial. The front suspension and wheels didn't really add much compared to the kit offering.

Great to see someone tackle a golden oldie like that!
Looks real good!
If I have to give a comment, it would be that the interior looks monotonous. Maybe add some brybrushing here and there, but that's just nitpicking.

Thanks!
Tracks were the ones that came with the AFV upgrade set and they were great. They were flexible rubber band type that can be glued using styrene cement. Which came in handy as I had to shorten them by a few links to get them to fit the running gear. These tracks were way better than the kit supplied ones. The one thing Tamiya could do to improve the kit to more modern standards is to upgrade and re-tool the tracks.
