What do you guys think of this setup?

I am also thinking of leaving the cargo pompartment open to show cargo. The netting over the watch tower. Some barbed wire on top of the Hesco barriers. And that is it.

I do't know if some signs, and an american or afghani flag might work. Or maybe a wind sock. What do you think?

The layout looks good to me. One small thing I missed, but see now. The handles on your .50 cal should be black. They are made out of a black resin/plastic. They haven't been wood since WWII. An American flag would look good too; it would top it off.

Marcos, may I suggest having the figures more to the front of the scene, rather than at the rear, partially hidden by the vehicle.
Just a thought.

I agree ... maybe move the vehicle back and rotate it approx. 7°–10° clockwise so it doesn't appear to be running into the barrier — might open some space to the RT rear and front for a few figures.

If possible, angle the turret and the front wheels a bit to the right — looks a little static right now. However, I understand, turning the wheels is probably not an option at this stage.

Will you be weathering the building and ground — dusting things up a bit?

Looking good!

Well, I am pretty much done. I am still debating if I should add the flag. But here it is:

in each package, you'll find a small piece, called "SAMPLE", to try to work with.

Nice, Marcos!

You've unclogged that corner making the stairway more visible; the HMMWV has an escape route now and you've succeeded in bringing the action forward. I think the scene balances out better now. IMHO
