Thanks Brent, chuffed that you are following along.
the hard part will be painting DPM

So I've added the firing solenoid to the mount and removed the pistol grip.

Should look good under a coat of paint, I'll have a crack at adding the cast on part numbers to the ammo box outer using the Archer Decals later, more pic's later.

And the cast serial numbers, not correct at all
as I couldn't get the right combination of numbers and letters but better than nothing?

Raised resin printed onto decal paper, careful with the paint I think.

Cheers

Hi Dan,

GPMG's fitted to Spartans have their pistol grips still attached, as they are lowered into the gun cradle the trigger guard contacts an L shaped trigger bar which swings another piece into contact with the trigger. http://data3.primeportal.net/apc/dan_hay/spartan/images/spartan_073_of_107.jpg
You can see the piece I mean on the link above just above the link exit chute. It is the rod with the two prominent bars protruding. The trigger guard contacts the left hand one which rotates the right hand one inside the trigger guard.

Easily done though mate. You can actually see the trigger bar above the electrical connection on one of the pics.

Trigger mech and pistol grip added, I downsized the solenoid as the first one was a little big and caught the side of the pistol grip. Thanks Max for the advise fella. the GPMG set up on the 432's were a lot easier to use.

Added the FFD pocket to commanders arm and the section commanders arm .

one side almost done, I think another link adding.

Rear Idlers are brass pinned and not glued at this point which should allow me to tension the track correctly.

Enjoy folks

Great work. Especially the GPMG rework.

I thought the front bins only came with the LEP upgrade.

Thank you chaps,

So I remade the convoy light and bracket, the back door mould wasn't up to much and the kit convoy light was just a blob of resin, this was removed and a new one fabricated from PE scrap and plastic rod. I've also added the rear recovery bars and just need the chains added for the retaining pins.

The bracket for the Axe was also chipped so I used magic sculpt to repair this.

Cheers

Thanks Martin, the mix is Tamiya XF-81 and XF-58 with a touch of deck tan to fade it out.
