I want to build a model mentioned in the topic's title, it will be a mix of vehicles from photos below:

- AN/VRC-110 radio and Duke steering box: from Pro Art Models (PAU-35055) US MRAP Radio set,
- jerry cans: Pro Art Models (PAU-35047) Jerry Can Set For Modern Vehicles.

Wow! Thats a lot of aftermarket to incorporate into one vehicle. I look forward to seeing this progress.

With so many AM sets I'm surprised you'll even need the base kit

Since I've decided, that this M1151 will be on common diorama with M1114, my plans are changed. I won't be replacing the engine hood with Bronco's one, I'll leave it for M1114. Of course I had to do something with Academy's ugly grills. Upper was replaced with PE, in front one I've made holes and glued a PE mesh from inside:



I guess I've succeded in lowering the suspension:




As far as the diorama goes, it will be entitled 'If you see me running, try to keep up'. This is the start-up set:

- Italeri (6521) Road block and U.S. soldiers (4 figures, road blocks, road barrier),
- Master Box 935170) "Man down!" US modern army, Middle East, present day (4 figures),
- Meng Model (HS-003) U.S. EOD Specialists & Robots (EOD specialist in armor suit, Talon robot),
- Alliance Model Works (LW35068) Modern US Uniform Insignia Set (insignias for figures),
- some road signs etc.

This is the plan:

Green circle - EOD specialist, greenish ones - other soldiers, blue line - road sign, thick grey line parrallel to the road - barrier, 2 grey rectangles - road concrete blocks, 3 black small rectangles - Talon robot, a steering unit and a Pelican Case with some EOD stuff. A EOD man will be talking to one of his 'bodyguards', a couple of soldier will be preparing a robot for use, one will be in the M1114's turret, one will be talking to the radio handset, the rest will be watching a terrain around.

I don't know, if there was a chance for meeting such two Humvees in the same time (heavily equipped M1151 with all these bells and whistles and barely 'naked' M1114), but this is of secondary importance to me

hahaha! How about add another m1151 with Spark, leave the crows on your main build just like your reference pictures? then you will have 3 Humvees! you have enough parts to upgrade another m1151 anyway.....the more the merrier

How is this project coming along Kubisz?

Modelling stopped giving me fun, I was struggling with it. So I decided to end with practical part of this hobby. I do not know for how long, maybe this project will never be finished. But I also decided not to sold my stash out and keep it burried deep, so maybe someday in the future I'll return to this. Now I do not have the slightest desire.

Kuba, this is sad news. Your Humvee builds have given me so much inspiration. I came back into the hobby because of your builds and those of Pascal. I will still have your past builds here and on the Polish site you moderate. Take care and I, and others here jope you take care of yourself.
