Here are a few pics of some figures for an upcoming diorama. They are a mix of different kits some altered/converted to meet the needs of the diorama. Some are obviously missing hands and other items which will be added later.
thanks for looking

Some of the most expressive and well painted figures I've seen! Very good job sir. I like them a lot!

Lovely work I must say!
The face painting is excellent and you have captured the unique green colours of the Canadian uniforms.

Very nice work indeed- the uniform colors are really nicely finished- just the right shades I think. The smaller details like the webbing gear and shoulder flashes are also expertly picked out- right down to the metal fastenings on the web equipment. The faces also add to the figures greatly by conveying their expression so faultlessly. Thanks for sharing these with us!

GREAT WORK! Just a suggestion- HORNET makes some VERY NICE resin British/Canadian/Commonwealth/ANZAC and Allied Head Sets (5 to a set), with either the Mk.I and Mk.II Helmets, as well as the newer (1943/44) Mk.III Helmets, sometimes referred to as the "Tortoise Helmet". These make for a nice variety for your Canadian Troops. In my personal collection of books, I've looked at many photos of British, Canadian and other Troops wearing the Mk.III Helmets, especially during and after the Normandy Invasion...

In this diorama, there will be other Canadian figures in addiction to the ones you show us???
Congratulations.

Mario,
Thanks for your comments.
The helmets are off some spare hornet heads I had. I cut them off and fit them to these heads.
These are all the figures I'm using for this diorama. I saw the list you provided and may use some of them for future projects.
Thanks again.
Bart

The paint job is superb. From the poses, I imagine a unusual diorama. Looking forward to what's next.

Awesome job on the figures Bart. Just to add to the list, Ultracast make some really nice British/Canadian replacement heads with mk 1 and mk3 helmets.
