Bryan, Nice looking super Sherman. Really good work and I cannot add any good suggestions so far.
Peter, For my Bradley I have not toned down the camouflage in any way yet. I will probably give it a couple of washes and a (very) light dusting to finish it. A long way off still though

Beautiful camo on the Matilda, Linus.
Nice work on the tow cable, Iain.

I haven't been motivated to really get working on my M113 Fitter. However, the following M51 and Legend stowage set arrived earlier this week, which I'd like to switch to for this campaign.
Typical shake and bake Tamiya, which is just what I need when the modeling time is limited by two small kids.

This is what I was able to finish by the end of the girls' nap time Saturday.

Solid choice Sherb!🙂 Looking forward to watching the progress on your M51. I had zero fitment issues with mine, a real joy to build.
I am really liking the Matildas being built. Good work everyone

Thanks Bryan, I just scrolled back and saw your M51. Wow, awesome work! I wish I had the skill set to get a finish like that. I'm in awe of everyone's work here.
Yeah, I thought for sure there would be issues getting that multi piece hull together but it all just fell into place.

Good job stoker. That panel fading is going to look great with some weathering.
Sherb, thank you for the kind works. If you have any questions about the M51 kit you are welcome to pm me and I will be happy to give you any advice I can offer. Also if you figure out the proper color of the bundled cammo nets let me know because I am guessing on the right yellowish color! Good luck on your build. I feel your pain when it comes to having NO time for kit building!

Pete that McLaren really looks great. I used to build F1 models but could never get the gloss paint to look right. Yours looks just as nice as the always well turned out original.

Your carrier looks very convincing. I have a Riich kit with about a zillion parts that looks like a real major project. Your Tamiya looks terrific and I'll bet it was fun to build.

Excellent finish, Bryan. You've nailed the subtle shading I have always striven for and never been able to achieve.

Bryan,
Fantastic finish! Really love the subtle/effective overall tones while still having some visual "pop". The extra gear really adds interest w/out getting too busy. Great build sir!

Colin, your mad skills never cease to amaze me. I would love to get as good as you at getting just the right level of chipping and scratching without going overboard.

Thanks guys. Mark, I have to give credit to Michael Rinaldi and his Tank Art series, it has been an invaluable learning tool for me, this is only the second model I have tried the HS chipping technique on, it, is really just a matter of keeping things in scale, knowing when to stop and move on. I read through the books several times before trying.

@Linus: WOW! great camo.
@Colin: nice job on your half track.
@Bryan: I like what you've done on your ISHERMAN.
I finally broke out the PAASCHE 2000H and gave it a test run, most of my time as adjusting to the paint mixture to thinner and some retarder then familiarizing myself on the a/b settings:

Well I could get photobucket to cooperate and let me post the turret.
this is just a test run, so the Churchill is not finished yet. My next attempt is to complete the camo coverage and not make a mess of it.
