Here is my finished (well sort of, I have a couple holes to fill that I stupidly forgot) Leopard 2A5. This is the 1/35 Tamiya kit with the following additions: MV lenses for the headlights, wire grab handles, Aber chains on the front towing shackles and smoke grenade lauchers, and Minimeca antennas.

Adam:

A beautiful job here. The rear end shot is particularily impressive showing the model's detail and your weathering techniques. The only nit (and maybe its the pics or my computer screen), but some of the decals shine a tad (on the front fender), or there is some decal film that appears to be showing (especially on the rear turret chevron). Just a great all around blending of the weathering on this one. Congrats.

Lord Avukich,

a most beautiful job, aside from a little silvering on the decal there is nothing I can really critic about this fine piece of achievement.

The weathering is subtle and most realistic.

I like it very much!

thats one great looking model,

the weathering is superb, as previously mentioned some of the decals show silvering,

and is it just me or is the right rear light glued on at an angle?

cheers

Hi Guys,

I've been in Bosnia myself as an SFOR military, an the Markiungs they use there are Hi Gloss decals, so it actually is quite correct to see the silvering ont this model. -EDIT- for the SFOR markings that is, the national marking are painted on. Pitty!
Just my humble opinion.
Looks great, pitty that it is German!
