How is there still no 1/35 DD Sherman in plastic? I would love to see one. A Windsor carrier would be nice, too. And a 3.7" AA gun.

Cheers

I would definitely go for the Sherman DD and as been said, over and over, elsewhere on this site a new improved Bergepanther!

It will have to be...wait for it (which we have been for a long time)...the SEAL Desert Patrol Vehicle! The "coming soon" model kit that was never released by DML and now hasn't been released by Hobbyboss, and with no (mysterious) explanations as to what's taking so long, or why it was never released...and yet it's been in the companies' catalogs for the longest time.

It's been so long a wait for this kit that the actual SEAL DPV isn't even really used anymore....that's how long it's been.

It wouldn't take much for AFV Club to do since they have the base kit down but I want a SANDF Olifant Mk1.

All the would need to do is a single sprue with the variant pieces on it.

Got that right! A vehicle that has been out there for over 50 years, used by at least 55 countries, and found on at least 5 continents, and we're still seeing 'paper panzers' released (not that it's a bad thing mind you).

I've been butchering Azimut's 1/35 resin kit of this little jewel for quite some time (still not finished/satisfied to call it complete yet), as I look for aftermarket goodies to improve it with.

And decals...man, I've got decals to outfit at least 30 countries of these guys, let alone the abundance of paint schemes.

The 'net provides tons of pics as well.

As for who would likely be a choice for this 'hottie' of a kit? Well, Takom produces some great oddball kits, Amusing Hobby is another. Tamiya is always a good choice.

Just sayin'!!!!

any MODERN (less than 20 years ago) US Military engineer equipment, bulldozers backhoes dump trucks. A CAT D-7 would be good for a 30 year span of military service or more.... or a SEE Truck or even the IHMEE (even though I hated operating them)

This one really needs to be new-tooled kitted: Daimler Mkll. In either 1/35, or 1/48 (or both!).

The SEE has been 99% ready from DEF Model for a while, but still the beauty is not on sale (clear parts seems to be the bottleneck for production):

Right on!
DML or Italeri could do this as a training project for their 'B team' mold designers and still sell plenty. Mini art(?) just did the 2 axle 247 but $50 for small open top flop cart for radio nerds is a little much. It's not much bigger than a kubelwagon.
Cheers!

I would like a German WWII Opel Omnibus from a major manufacturer....Dragon, Tamiya, Meng, Takom, Hobby Boss, etc. Roden released an injected molded version of this vehicle but if it's anything like their other kits the fit is bad.
