Hello again.I wanted to share some pictures of a build i did a while ago,Mengs first Kit,the A39 Tortoise Superheavy Tank.I built it out-of-box,except for the BESA-MG barrels (from RB-Models).Since the model should more likely depict the last existing A39 from the Tank Museum Bovington,there is no damage or wear on the paint or excessive rusting.The tracks are most likely kept pretty clean,since itīs only driven at Tank Fest,afaik.
Painting was done with Tamiya Acrylics,weathering with Abt.502 Oilpaint.

















The Base is a IKEA picture frame,with a bit of plaster and model grass,nothing fancy.

Pretty nice job on the beast, though I think it could use some more wear/dust and dirt on the tracks.

I kept the tracks clean,as it depicts a museum piece that is rarely moved.Okay,they may be too clean for that as well....
Sadly,the most dark wash on the tracks canīt be seen thanks to my mediocre (at best) camera an photographer skills.
