There is a lot of modeling info out on the Fishbed but the Fishpot has been a different story. Best guess may have to be good enough.
I had in mind a much weathered bird looking like it had been parked outdoors in readiness for an alert. The AL would be dull & have weather streaks from being out in the elements.

Hey guys,
Here are my start photos for the T-64BV. For aftermarket stuff, I'll be using Trumpeter's own indy links and SKP lenses:
I don't know how much I'll get done in the next few weeks, but some time in the new year (2018 already?!) at the latest I'll be tearing into it.
Have a fun campaign, everybody!

I Have to say that this is a lovely kit. Mine went together beautifully and I had 0 issues with the build. 10/10 Would build again

Hi Rory,
Thanks for the recommendation. This is the first time I've built this kit but I did build their T-64B Mod. 1975 a few years ago - actually, that was the first kit I completed after taking up the hobby again - and it was excellent, went together beautifully, just like you said.
On a Russian modelling site once, they said that Trumpy did not get the turret shape quite right on their T-64s but everybody agreed that this wasn't an issue on the BV kit because the reactive armor obscured the turret shape.

Greetings! I'm signing up for this fun campaign with the model below....a Marder I. Love these hybrid type vehicles.
Looks like a nicely detailed kit right out of the box. It even comes with a couple of figures.
I must admit, the box art is atrocious! Some executive at Trumpeter must of had a child in art school to come up with this hideous rendering. Hahaha!
I'm looking forward to a fun campaign, and getting a lot of inspiration from everyone's builds. Happy modeling. Bill

William, the tracks are awful.
Hard to paint and too big for the tiny tank.

Here's my Trumpeter entry. I built the Tamiya KV II years ago when it first came out and the detailing was pretty good, despite the parts count being smaller than what we generally see in today's kits. I've built one of the Trumpeter KV I kits a few years ago and, like Tamiya, although the parts count was low, it still built into a great kit. So, with this being my very first Armorama campaign, I'm looking forward to this build for a variety of reasons. Thanks for hosting this one. Cheers! chuck

Yeah, Chuck, welcome to the campaigns. This is only my fourth (not counting a couple I couldn't complete in time), but I agree that they're addictive....
Good to see several Soviet builds plus some kits you don't see built too often. This is going to be good!

I know they are addictive; I've already committed to the Workhorse Campaign and am showing some restraint in not signing up for a few more that look great. Maybe sign up for one more, but will wait a bit to see which new campaigns are proposed. Thanks for the Armorama Campaigns welcome.

Well, I'm thinking of doing a winter dio with the Trumpeter KV-2 knocked out with some German sentries directing traffic while the KV-2 acts as a large road sign pointing toward battalion or company HQ.
Cheers everyone!

Hallo guys!
I present to you my progress on my project. The kitmodel is quite detailed and at the moment, the individual parts fit without further processing. Here are some photos.
Coming soon to the second part of my project.
Bye.
