Trying to get caught up on posting some older builds. This one I finished in 2012, Tamiya's Dragon Wagon, Dragon's Stug IV and Halftrack, with Mini Art's Crossroads Diorama set. Sorry the pics are a little grainy, they were taken with my old IPhone 4s.

Thanks it was really fun to build, took a couple years to do it, didn't realise how big it was going to be when I first started out doing it!

Hi Sal, thanks! I think it may be the lighting hitting the Stug, I took pics in my dining room with some sun coming in a bit, it actually is quite dirty, but I see what you mean, looking at it I think I maybe could have 'beaten' it up a little more lol

Super diorama! Tells a great story and the layout is awesome. Especially the buildings are exceptionally well done.
Thanks for sharing.

Kelly -
Another superb piece of work with an incredible amount of detail. Workmanship is, as always, fantastic and evident every where you look. The size in itself is impressive with so much to see in every part of the dio. A thorough and well thought out presentation. My only question is...Where do you find room for all these works? Again, thanks for sharing

never had the desire to build the dragon wagon, but after seeing your build, I want one! Thinking abut a Sherman recovery.
Your build is really top of the heap. Not just the truck & trailer, but everything!

Also I like your choice of salvaged enemy equipment. Looks like a near perfect example heading for Aberdeen and later onto Ft. Knox for evaluation.

Love this build, good work. Don't worry about the Stug, I'd bet their life span was measured in a couple of weeks if not days once they got to the front.
I enjoyed.
Take care,

Wow ! This had to be a boatload of work to build. I can just imagine it would take me about 4 or 5 years maybe. Well done.

Nice job Kelly, a lot going on and interesting to look at. Most of the figures are conversions, no?

G'day Kelly
Looks great - very realistic. I've just finished one myself (the prime mover, not the trailer).
If I might make a suggestion, check your references - I think you will find that the top half of the outer three winch control levers were painted white and the inner three red.
Regards
Rob

Either that, or they're going to go through hell trying to get it broken up enough to ship home in footlockers as a trophy...

Does the 1/35 scale Dozer by some manufacturer I seen fit on that M26 Dragon Wagon. I've got both kits in my stash an your dio, gave me inspiration on my next build.
