I am glad to hear that you like it.
I apologize for the late answer, I don’t have much time, because my wife is opening her own office now, but I managed to buy figures:

New pictures.
The trees were sprayed with Sand & Gravel and then covered with snow.

Kuba,
This is looking really nice so far!
What did you use for the muddy road and the snow?
The ice and snow covered trees give the diorama a feeling of being cold. Great job!

That looks great, Kuba! I love your concept and the base layout — well-balanced and does not feel over-crowded. You’re doing a really nice job of portraying a feeling of COLD and GLOOM!❄️ I’m really looking forward to seeing the addition of the figures.
Cheers!🍺

Thank you very much.
Sorry for the late reply.
The snow is made of baking soda and MIG Sand & Gravel.
Everything is stuck strong and I suppose it will not change color.
The road is made of MIG Dark Earth Mud paste, which I mixed with almost black pigment and real sand.
I put Tamiya Diorama Texture Paint (Snow Effect) and soda on the ground in some places. Then I covered it with diluted AK-Interactive Africa Korps Wash. I repeated everything, but without Africa Korps Wash.
Cheers!

Great looking scene! Definitely has that mid-winter in Russia feeling, and the figures are a perfect choice. Thanks for sharing!

And the figures didn’t disappoint – if I was a judging this in a show it would win my vote hands down. The trees would on their own! Superb
