A quick update on the fence. I' ve soldered the horizontal twisted wires and the barber wire also. This is how it looks right now.
Rolling the barbed wire:
All fixed up
Next is to make the net. I'not sure if use a mesh I have at home or look for something more accurated.

What is the diameter of this wire? Count how much it should be in the 1:35 scale. In my opinion it is too thick

It's 0,7mm. About 2,4cm in real life.
I'm thinking about put another barbed wire, so the fence would have a double barbed wire. What do you think??

Hi Jimmy. I have no targets yet. I don't even search for any, but I think I know how to scratchbuild some. Anyway if any of the veterans here could show some targets, it would be great.

Today's update.
Fence is done and fixed on its place. It's fixed with hot glue. Mesh is done with a mesh I found I don't know where.
Terrain is made mixing white glue with sand.

Thanks Tim! I´m glad you like it.
Now I´m going to show you some weekend´s work. I made some sand bags with clay and added another target,at different height. I think that this side is finished, unless you advise me with something else. The white spots are Mod Podge, for making puddles. Here are the pictures
And these are 2 pictures with a general overview with the shooter (not the definitve position).
That´s all for now. Next is finishing the shooter and add an advice on the fence. But I guess this would be next weekend.

This is looking really good, but that barbed wire is monstrously oversized and spoils it a bit.

I agree on the thickness and that product would work the three strands across the fence post. For the coil you want razor wire. Which is a different devil to play with. Some called it type 2 razor wire a few examples of existing products Eduard 35640, ET Models J35-007 or Verlinden 0715
That should get you something like this.

I feel for you Nacho but have to agree it’s still way too thick. I can’t remember the gauge# but I found that the thinnest fuse/fuze wire was the closest I could get to scale…but I never found a way of attaching scale barbs to it the way you did. Would it be easier or harder to make razor wire rather than barbed wire?

Go to an electronics store, get some magnet wire, or winding wire. Usually available in a variety of thicknesses.

Barb wire would be easier with Nacho's method with smaller wire. Razor wire has two plates if you will on each side. This is where PE parts* would help out.
I get the idea of wire in front of the target but it doesn't work for me. One, I have only seen barb wire stretched out, so I think of that as razor wire. Two, I hate hate razor wire. It will catch you (me), every time so it would be difficult to change out the target without shredding your clothes. That said, if you like the idea then go for it, it's your build to have fun with.
*we did a club build with Verlinden PE razor wire rolled on top of a M1151 hood. One has to wear gloves as the pe will cut you like the real thing.
