First, thanks to H.P. who continues to provide great information, links and photos. Merci, mon ami.

Second, let's cut the personal crap, Dudes. No one here is a published author about the topic with years of exhaustive research to back up their opinions. Let's just enjoy the different takes on Sea Lion.

I remain skeptical the Germans could have projected the men and materiel sufficient to whip the Brits across the Channel, but remember how many men invaded the Soviet Union: 3.8 million. That's more men than the British had under arms throughout the entire war. So the question is whether the Nazis could have gotten that many men across the English Channel.

Given all the variables, I remain skeptical, but I like the discussion.

We march against england is probably the best boon out there in this subject. It lays out some variables and reasoning. Great read if you can get ahold of it .
