Just a few thoughts about building this Kit, these are my thoughts and opinions only.
1. The molding and detailing is pretty good , they just left out a lot of small items that could have made this into a really great kit.
2.The instructions don't show exactly where a lot of the small parts go, (I'm not a mind reader)
3. String for the tow wires? come on who are you kidding?
4. You can't get the crane boom all the way down for the travel position, I had to cut the lift cylinders off from under the boom, you can't see them in this position any way.
5. There aren't any hook up parts provided for the tow bars, so if you want to tow another vehicle you'll have to out source them.
6. There's a lot more but I just can't think right now.
Would I buy this kit again ? NO NOT REALLY
Just wait a while, it's a shure bet that MENG will pop one out eventually , They already have the Leopard C2 MEXAS with Dozer out.
Regards.
Donald

Sorry to hear the conclusions, but I suspect it may have been rushed to market to steal thunder from an impending Meng release - the two companies seem to follow the same play-book.
As for the incomplete towbar set-up, keep an eye on Leopardclub for an upgrade - I recently sent the CAD for 3D printing the masters...

That's a full towbar set I did a while ago, but the other week bI also did a set of shackles and the central pivot piece specifically designed to complete the bars in the Takom kit - these haven't yet been released.

This is the same thing I said in Pic. #73
Get the MENG Track, not the Krap Track that comes in this Kit.

I see a really super build here and an excellent and simple jig I can make to help me with my build. Your top notch in my books! Thanks
