Here are some photo's of the Fruilmodelismo 1/35th scale individual track links for the German Wespe SPG.
This is the first time I have worked with individual track links. I must say, after the initial learning curve, these things are simple to work with and the results are well worth the effort. I'm not sure I can ever use kit tracks again after working with these. The realistic sag that you get using these tracks is unbeatable in my opinion.
I used a small pair of wire cutters, a pin vise with a .024" (#73) drill and a standard Xacto #11 blade for assembly. Although the links are pre drilled, they do require each hole to be redrilled/cleaned out with the pin vise so that you get smooth pivoting of the links. I have only completed assembly of one side. The great thing is, I had 21 links left over. After I have the second side completed, I should have enough extra track to replace all of the extra track that is molded as part of the kit.
I hesitated to use these because of them being made out of a material I have never worked with (metal). I am glad I spent the money and have broadened my horizons. If anyone out there is hesitating, DON'T!!! These things are great!

Hey Brent!
Great to see you in action again!
We seriously need to get together and have a few beers and catch up, it has been a long time since last time!

They are a great addition indeed. Using a product called Blacken It also gives them a great look..then only weathering is left.

Yes, they can be addicting. I love them not only for their realistic look, but ease of painting.
Last week I couldn't help myself and ordered a set for my Tamiya T-55 and Panther G. That put a dent in the checkbook!
One interesting note, on all the sets I have put together, I've never had to pre-drill the holes. Maybe I am just lucky!
