Hi All,
I feel awful about this, but when Armorama asked for help to his members a few months ago, I couldnt stretch my hand (work work work)!
The Warship Area of Armorama needs a litlle fresh
air (or salty water spread) and now that I'm not so pressed (my participation in the forums and in the campaign areas are a reflection of it) I intend to make some articles on my current projects, some with "How to" addendas.
The Armorama website is great, I have read some of the sugestions on previous posts, but the JUICE is this site, appart from the change of ideias and experiences is the content (articles, pictures, tricks)!
To the Armorama Staff:
Please keep up the good job -you have made modelers around the globe connected and happy
Skipper

Just want to say THANKS to all the armorama staff, for the great job they're doing.
I think it's important to keep evolving this site and although I'm fairly new to Armorama I do have a couple of things.
1) Have a location of stored Model Instructions, people could simply scan a copy and file it , 1 per model (don't need a bunch of copies). I seen requests for these a few times
2) A spot where we can rate (in our humble opinion) different models, the 1 to 10 scale or something. Saves people from buying an unwanted models.
3) Maybe a place to store pics that are being shown on threads , how long do we keep them in our gallery ? This could be an auto delete after a time ???
4) Maybe a place for acronyms what the heck do all those letters mean. In this thread alone I've noticed a few.
5) OK OK last one, a spell checker, this becomes important when we search If we all spelled the same it would make our searches far more powerful, we could use the US spelling as the base.
(even though its wrong, haha.)
Keep up the great work
thanks
Bruce

I mentioned it before and someone else did in this thread
A summary of all Campaigns and their matching ribbons/medals/etc.
I don't know how many Campaigns there have been but one column that says Remember Market Garden and next to it a picture of the associated award. One could get fancy and list the campaign date and even fancier is to include a summary like, a campaign that recognizes Operation Market Garden Sept 1944
