Well, here it is,

after STEP 1

and

after Step 2

Naturally comes step 3

I tried to do the best on this bad one, its primed in Games Workshop "chaos black". Now its ready for green paintjob and after that the order comes on rather bad link-by-link tracks.

some pics:

More pics can be found in folowing gallery:

Also i would like to ask some of the leaders of the Seeing Red Campaign if i can sign up in it with this one, i know i started it earlier but this is a rather hard kit and i would like some more "moral support" so i dont give up on this one. Finishing it for campaing would be a "pusher"

Also i would appriciate any comments. Pls note that this one is not built as a competition model, i just want to finish it no matter how it looks.

cheers
Mirko

Ola Mirko

Well after everything I have heard from you through MSN about this kit I have to say you have done quite well. It`s really hard to tell about the bad fit it has.
Can`t wait till you slap on some green paint mate. Does the kit come with a drilled out Machinegun barrel or did you do that yourself?

Great job.... Now go on and paint it green

Thanks for supporting words Faust.

The MG provided in the kit is...hmmm... lets just say its bad :-) so i made a new one from medical needle and some masking tape.

hi Mirko,
I can say there is an incredible in your modelling skills and also photographing technique. I see you saved this bad T-34 kit and it will be very good as painted.i liked the grillwork so much..just one thing ; please see the second photo; the rear view of tank. the cover/bedroll on the left side needs some filling
congrats

secondly, you did an oustanding job in covering them up, filling em,and painting over them now.
Keep it up mate.

Seems like you're gonna make something very nice out of something very bad....

I admire the fact you still wanted to make something nice out of it, I probably would have thrown it out of my window already :-)

nice job so far, now go and finish it!

Nice, really nice. I must point out that the FIRST thing I noticed was the MGs barrel. I thought to myself, hot dang, someone else out there drills out their barrels. Well, needles work just as well!!

Keep up the great work on what sounds like a pain.

Mike

p.s. My extra 2 cents......let 'em join Seeing Red!!!!
