I have always loved the fact that we cross borders, and many other boundaries, with our hobby. Perhaps "world leaders" should learn to build a model, and join us here. Maybe they would learn a little about repecting each other's differences, through a common bond.
But I do have to admit, I'm a nitwit when it comes to recognizing every countrys' flag. :-) :-) :-)

At the moment when I write this post the list of new members looks even more interesting, as the scalehobby was replaced on the list by a new member from Greece. So right now there is not a single member from America on the list!

It is amazing and fun to think about. I routinely consider where I am having a conversation.
It's quite interesting sometimes, when I'm talking over coffee and breakfast and the person on the other end is having a night cap and heading to bed.

Last weekend, when we had a meeting with some of the Belgian and Dutch members, I was also thinkg about this. It's great that an international website is able to bring people together. Friendships where formed since the site went live a few years ago and it still is an ongoing process...
Thanks Jim !!!

Dear Jim,
This site helped so much on my modelling skills. I learn every day another thing. But most important, I made a lot of friends of the same interest from all over the world. This is amazing. I thank you very much for creating this big family here.
It is an honor to see you with our flag.
Regards
