Great to see the renewed interest as we near the finish. Alan, your towed 105 is awesome. Where did the figures come from?

Thanks Jeff. The figs are the very old US Combat Command set. I got the set for $4 at the LHS.

Well I haven't forgotten about this, just haven't had much time to build. Originally I was going to build a military fire engine based on a 2 1/2 ton truck but since I'm really just not going to have the time for alot of scratchbuilding I decided to go with a Hum-Vee ambulance, I'm using Academy's 1/35 M997 Maxi-Ambulance, I've got a decent start on it and should be done in a week or 3.

I haven't started yet, my motivation levels are at an all time low, only getting a couple to 3 hours of sleep a night, then tossing and turning all day long to try and get some sleep. Grrrr.

I WILL have my truck done, this I vow by cut off date. Yesterday I actually picked up a paint brush and worked on a figure. I had a pretty good day, but today, here it is 4:19 a.m and I've been up now for over an hour and a half, a grand total of 2 hours sleep thus far. I read these forums to try and get tired, LOL, not that you guys are boring, LOL, its just that its quiet, peacefull and there's nothing like monitor radiation to make your eyes dry out and get tired.

I'm in with Zvezda's ZIS 5V, probably oob, hoping to get some
work done on the weekend.
I know I started a bit late, but not having anything like a 'stash'
of unbuilt models I had to buy it, meaning decide what to buy
and collect the funds.

Cheers
Pedro

Hi Jeff.
Heres my finished entry for Move It Again.
Its the Queen Mary recovery trailer from the old Airfix RAF Recovery Set in 1/72.
The idea of the campaign was to learn and do something new,and this is the first thing Ive built since returning to the hobby that hasnt got wings.
Its been a fun quick build and Im quite pleased with how its turned out.
Heres a couple of pics.

And heres a photo of the real thing, complete with a dismantled crash landed Hawker Tempest.

So,,all done.Back to the wingy things
