Very nice work Squid!!! I love the tank....The weathering is great, the accessories at back is awesome, and the light!!!! Did you actually install LED or rig the picture....
And how can the tankers are wearing cold weather gear, and you are wearing short sleeves, man!!!
Good Work!!!

SWEET!
You even made yourself to scale with the tank. Very nice.
The only quibble I think I would make would be the driver's side figure's face looks a little ragged. Perhaps it's the photo but he is looking like a survivor from a nuclear holocaust or something. He does look ready to kick some butt though!
The rest is excellent though. When are you sending me the phtotos for the site?
Jim

Hi guys and gals,
Thanks for your kind words. I am trying to improve my skills.
Jim: I will be sending you the pics as soon as I could, maybe in a day or two.
Davidus: They are not LED but just a little trick by Photoshop. And you know I am that fit to wear Ts in winter...
Steve

WOW! Wonderful Job :-)
By the way, did you scratch build some or all of the stowage on the rear of the tank? If so, I'd love to know your technique, if you would care to share .
Again Wonderful work

Selrach:
The accessories are all after market items. All I did is paint it, wash it then dry brush it. No tricky things.
Del:
The chain is also one of after merket items. I didn't do anything on it.

Steve-O!!
What can I say but, absolutely beautiful work. My favorite tank that's been built, painted, weathered, and "special effected", by the "Master Modeler"!
WELL DONE!!!!!!
ps: The trouble with guys like you is, you set the bar so high, us "underlings" can't ever reach it.
Beautiful job Steve!!

Not a big fan of the pershing but I have saved the pictures because of the great painting, weathering and stowage. They really look great and are references I hope to be able to recreate, someday. Great work Steve!

Plasticbattle,
Since you are not a big fan of Pershing, I recommend you get the latest T55 from Tamiya. I think that it's a nice kit to build and Tamiya never let us down.

Basturk,
I used oil colors black and burnt sienna abt 50%+50% for the wash. Afterward, I use pure white spirits to tune down the wash but remember dun use too much of white spirits cause it will eat away the plastic. There were three road wheels came off after the wash and I use superglue to fix it.
Hope this helps.
