I think all must start with a call to all the community to join and have a list of enlisted , How proceed?

Im not sure what has been done previously ... so first step

Find out who is in charge of approving the campaign .. Jazza or Slodder .. might depend where this will run ... Armorama or Model Geek. There is enough interest for this proceed!

Then ask if it has already been submitted for approval.

Will there be a new start date ... jan 1st has passed.
How long will the campaign run for ... 6 months .. 9 months .. 1 year?
This needs to be agreed before approval.

Notify the thread here, when it is approved and ask members to sign up.

Start a campaign official thread.

Ask for volunteers to design a ribbon or maybe you fancy trying this as well..

Poll for which one if preferred, the members can decide which one they prefer.

Keep the thread alive and encourage the participents to be active.
