Update on the Italeri Tiger I saga.
I have now give the tank a second base coat, painted and fitted the wheels, and finally base painted and fitted one of the tracks. The track is not particularly good, I found it pretty difficult to do, despite getting lots of advice before I started, there's no substitute for experience. Anyway, it's on and I just hope it stays on
Next will be the other track (obviously) and some detail painting before starting the weathering/washes.
As usual, comments/criticisms are appreciated.
Roger

Roger:
Your Tiger looks great!
Very nice clean paint job on the wheel rubber--very crisp and sharp.
I think the track looks well done. This is a nice model!!!!!
Only problem is, its going to look way better than mine ! (and that's not a problem at all pal--lol)
Keep us posted, and more pics are welcome anytime.

The model and tracks look great Roger. You are one courageus man, tackling the Italeri Tiger. You should try the Tamiya one next, its one sweeeeeeeet kit.

Roger,
Hey, your Tiger looks great. Nice work on the base coat too. It's not that bad that you have told me before about Iteralie Tiger. At least it's not your nightmare anymore.
Well done! Try some camo pattern on next kit.

Thanks a lot guys, you are all too kind.
Bombshell, I didn't know what I was doing when I bought this kit, I have learn't a lot since then It may be a little while before I get round to another Tiger, but I will definitely try the Tamiya one next.
Can't put lots of muck on it gunnerk19, it's going to be on a desert type base otherwise I would have plastered it :-)
Working on the other track now and done a bit of detail painting, I'll keep you updated.
