Well..............I guess this is what happens when you wait until the last minute to do something. I had planned on posting the pictures of my finished Nebelwerfer 41 today. However I see that the Photo Gallery is not up and running. Soooooooo...............I hope that you will take my word for it when I say that my project is completed. Hopefully it will be back up and running later tonight or at least by tomorrow and I will be able to post the pictures.
So there is the lesson boys and girls....................never put anything off until the last minute!!
HARV
Took the words right out of my mouth Harv!
John I hope you don't mind if I post the pics of my Pak 40 later today/tomorrow either, depending on when the gallery is up and running.
Congrats to all the finished peices (and those that got their photos in before the deadline!)

Aloha,
Here is my entry for this campaign. A couple of firsts for me: first campaign and first model I've painted. Since coming back to the hobby, I've built a few to various sub-assembly state, but haven't painted them yet. I still want to weather it and build a Operation Desert Storm vignette around it. Learned a lot, more to go.

Okay still not feeling so hot but thought I would get a couple pics on here before the deadline tonight.
Its the Trumpy 72nd AS-90. Havn't done much 72nd stuff so its been fun doing this one. I havn't weathered it yet as I might just stick on a small base and I am not sure how much weathering I want to do yet.
Hopefully this damn flu is on its way out and tomorrow I can get some better pictures outside and put them in the gallery whenever its back up and running.
That is if it ever stops snowing!
Cheers Jeff

Here is my "better late than never" Nebelwerfer 41.
I enjoyed building this kit. For a small kit there were a lot of parts.
Thanks for looking.
HARV
I have more photos of it to post however I could only upload this one into my gallery. If I can get the others uploaded I will post them later.
I took these today. I couldn't get the other ones that I took yesterday to upload. So I had to start over.
Thanks again, HARV.

Better late than never...
Here is AFV Club's new(ish) M40 SP Howitzer. I made a few additions and corrections. The biggest is that I lengthened the cradle on the gun by 8mm to fix AFV Club's error. Apparently they used an 8" howitzer cradle as reference, which is shorter than the 155mm cradle. The inaccuracy is also present on their M59 (M1) Long Tom kit as well since it uses the same gun and cradle parts. Here is a
thread at M-L that talks about the cradle length issue. You can see where I added the extra length. I used a couple spare Sherman road wheels as spacers.
I swapped out the kit tracks with a set of T-80 steel block track from Dragon. The ones that come in the kit are from late WWII. I also added correct decals since the ones in the kit are incomplete. I have depicted B 11 "Big Bruiser" from the 937th FA Bn "Arkansas Long Toms" assigned to the 8th Army in Korea in 1953.
I also added extra track blocks from AFV Club's T-80 set to the front glacis and made retaining straps from left over PE frets.
Enough talk, here it is:

Gino that is very very nice work. I like the weathering done on the platforms.
For some reason it warms my heart to see you join a campaign after so many years on the site. Finally gave in eh!
The only down side i noticed is that you didnt enlist for the campaign.
BTW, do you think you could submit your photos for On Display through the support centre?
