Try leaving that cast seam on the turret lift rings and see how many critiques you get! This will be a nice one to have.

Hi Dj and Randell,

Glad you enjoyed the pics and thanks for taking the time to reply.

Out of interest I had a look at the hits on the pics of both the Staghound and the Humber.

On the Humer 123 folks viewed the pics - 2 people bothered to say thanks.

On the staghound so far 95 people viewed the pics and again 2 people bothered to say thanks. Makes one kind of wonder if posting them was worth the effort in the first place

No staffer bother to reply and thank goodness I didn't upload the whole 61 vehicles!!!

The journey took 6 hours cost £50.00 in petrol and £20.00 in entrance fees. I photographed like a maniac for four and a half hours and then spent several days sorting and uploading the pics some of which I then copied in here as with the new releases out and due I thought might be useful for the members.

No worries - but I fear this is a sign of our times, just an observation on life.

Cheers

Al

I think I over looked the Humber. Pictures are always apriciated by me, thanks again!

Note just how smooth the casting is on that turret. This was a well made vehicle.

Hi Randell,

I'm looking forward to the Bronco kit. Comments are just an observation on what I've noticed; seems to be a reduced response to posts in general. Noticed the same on other sites too.

Cheers

Sorry Alan, but I've been a little busy editing close to 1000 photos I took at the last two shows I went to to check all the threads each day.

But I do agree that the lack of thank yous from people really does make myself wonder why many of us bother taking, editing and posting photos.

So a sincere Thanks for the time you took to do this and the Humbler one.

I missed the post on the Humber, but I'll be looking for it now. These are very impressive and welcomed. Thanks for taking the time and effort to do these.

Hi Dave,

Yip pics take some time. I've uploaded 996 I took at Bovington, it took several days.

I know if I visit a post and I can comment or it's useful I'll always leave a thank you ,as I know how long it takes to get it organised.

I see Tamiya have a 1/35 Renault Tractor w/trailer due for release soon. It comes with 4 figs, 2 driver and 2 Infantry. If they are going down the early war vehicles that would be great. Saw it over on PMMS.

I have a bunch of pic for it too so I'll post em up over the next few days.

Dave and Rodger glad they are of some use guys.

Hi Al

Nicely chosen and well-shot photos - my brain was fried just walking round Bovington and if I'd had a camera I would never have got out alive

I was going to ask about their much-travelled Renault UE and then I saw that you'd gone over it. Looking forward to seeing the photos.

All the best

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your kind offer. PM on it's way.

Hi David,

It's a brillliant day out, photographed like a man possessed and still didn't manage to get all. A least another one possibly two days required. I rushed about the last 6 to 8 vehicles as the clock was ticking.

I'll upload the Renault EU Tractor pics shotly. Interesting to see they have some infantry with the kit.

Glad you enjoyed the pics.

Al
