AFV Clubs Rolls a New Churchill

Is it looking like there is a new Churchill coming from AFV Club, and Churchill fans will have another variant to add to the shelf soon.

AFV Club has announced the soon pending release of another variant of the British Churchill tank, the up-gunned Mk.III, having the Ordnance QF 75mm Mk.V gun. The kit is stated to include the Mk.III turret with welding lines and applique armor plates. There will also be a metal barrel, with rifling, two types of rivets, PE, and more. According to the AFV Club posting on Facebook, the kit is schedule for release at the end of March 2013.

nice boxing for this. Its probably all existing parts but having it in one box is nice. And if the decals are right a nice package. Great model for the box top too

Just a thought - I wonder if they've amended the sprockets and idlers to accept the heavy spudded tracks? That'd be very nice...
