The French manufacture, Blast Models has just announced a number of new releases for both the Modern specialist and those who cannot resist the new Tamiya Char B....
Five of the six new releases are for Modern U.S. figures in 1/35th scale - two figures and three VERY welcome weapon sets:

BL35104 K - AR-15 System M16a3 (6 rifles)



BL35105 K - Modern U.S. Sniper Rifles (6 Rifles)



BL35106 K - AR-15 system: M-4a1 /6 rifles



BL35089F - U.S. OIF Soldier with Radio.



BL35090F - U.S. OIF Soldier (shooting)



Finally, with a complete change of style:

BL35099F - French B1 Tank Commander 1940

Wow im quite impressed with the modern figure releases. The weapon set is most certainly welcomed. Adding these babies to my shopping list.

An M21/M24!!!!! Thats great news Jim, thank you for sharing! If anyone plans on purchasing the: BL35105 K - Modern U.S. Sniper Rifles (6 Rifles) I would be interested in trade or purchase of the M24!

It's always a good-feeling to actually find an interesting News Story. The problem (frequently is) that when it comes to the hour of selecting a story, unless you happen to be particularly good on the subject it can be difficult to write anything informative about them. So, in a nutshell, if anyone has additional information about an item in a news story, please let me know - in the case of Modern, if it isn't green with red stars on it, i'm a touch confused...Jim
