in regards to Internet privacy on FB If you have ever had a bank loan especially a mortgage, credit card, any dealing with any court as an adult and especially own a house, I can find out all I would ever want about you if I really want to. Not being on social media doesn't protect you in the slightest for anyone who knows how to access public records. Your privacy already doesn't exist unless you live in a mountain cabin totally off the net with every member of your immediate family and were totally home schooled. So FB doesn't matter to me so long as I don't put anything there of a personal nature that isn't on some accessible record somewhere. And you would be surprised what is accessible. I just gleaned this from my wife's books on genealogical research. I already have all your addresses, phone numbers of all your ex-girlfriends, the name of your first grade teacher and will be stopping by. Just feed me and I go away.

No need to feel disappointed, or personally slighted. DML doesn't market to the likes of anyone except DML.

Well all things considered I think the Saladin will be doable. Could they have not even included the tow cables? I won't be pre-ordering the Conqueror given the track record. I'll let some other brave soul take first crack.

As I recall, you don't need to provide any more information than you did to get on here, i.e. name and email address. For all the other questions you just lie and make up crap. My employer used to forbid us having a social media presence, also supposedly for counterintelligence reasons, but when they found out that such a policy was against Federal law, they quietly dropped it. (It's mainly used to keep people from discussing salaries and working conditions.) They really looked stupid when the four-star Admiral that heads our customer agency came to town for a rah-rah meeting and encouraged everyone to be proud of our role in protecting the nation and to tell our friends and neighbors about who we are and what we do. I don't have enough time to delve into a comparison or look at the Saladin because I am off on vacation for a week, however I had to drop the shelf price to $64.95 plus a 10% discount for our AMPS and IPMS club members in order to sell it. At that price (retail) it may move... As for ordering more, well THAT is up in the air right now. Although the size and angles look right it sure does look very toy like in some aspects and many parts resemble overly thick, simplistic throw backs to yesteryear levels of molding, yet they tout slide molding of the turret and hull parts.. Keith.

Now this is what pisses me off about DML - wouldn't it have been better to do it right at the beginning? We aren't talking about an unknown vehicle here it's something that is well documented with a LOT of museum and privately owned examples still around...

That's really annoying me as well. Why have Dragon[and by extent all plastic manufactorors who have decided not kit this vehicle] act like this is just a prototype when more hwere built than a most [IIRC] of the Wermacht AFVs they've released about 20 variants of?

Saladin, Qatar, photographed December 2012, during its National Day Parade. As far as I know, they are still in service today! Look closely, you'll see a subdued two tone paint scheme and a hint of national markings. A nice build for this release!
