An update from Orochi has an option for those looking at the upcoming Bradley CFV.
Orochi has sent in an update that will provide modellers with an option for the upcoming M3A3 Bradley CFV kit. Orochi will be releasing a Standard Edition as well, this will not include the figure, metal track, or metal barrel. Also announced is Bradley Family upgrade set that will include the “Big Foot” metal track with precut pins, metal barrel and drive sprockets. It should be noted the upgrade set it useful for other vehicles, ie. the track can used on the LVTP7, MLRS, and CV-90 vehicles, and the barrel on most LAV’s.

PF004 – M2/M3 Bradley Family Upgrade Kit

Armorama would like to thank Orochi for the update.

I'll stick w/the known quantity in Meng. Their M2A3 is awesome. I feel no responsibility to support Orochi just because they are a new company or for any other reason. If their M3A3 is proven better than Meng's, then I will consider it.

Tbh, at the moment this is just dull vapourware. Sometimes I wish manufacturers would just announce the kit then get on with actually producing and releasing the damn thing; enough with the constant news 'updates'.

Meng and Orochi is the same company

It was established in an earlier thread that they are not the same company.

Where does your statement come from??? It was previously discussed here, and the general knowledge is that they are different companies. You might be thinking about Takom, not Meng, since at least their Leopard C2 Mexas kit come with the Orochi tracks, IIRC...

But there is no connection with Meng that I am aware of.

There IS a valid reason people think this, although I don't think it proper or even necessary for me to explain why. That said, that kits are going to be very similar.
