Trumpeter just posted more images of their upcoming release, a BTR-70 in 1/35 scale. I'm sure many of you interested in the Russian vehicles from the Soviet War in Afghanistan would welcome this kit.
After producing BTR-70 in its early (#01590) and late (#01591) version, Trumpeter is releasing a new version of the vehicle:
01593 - BTR-70 in Afghanistan
The kit consists of over 500 parts. The info Trumpeter shared on their site claims the kit features refined details, multi-slide moulded lower and upper hull, hollow rubber tires with very good tread pattern. The photo-etched fret is included as well.
