Echelon has just released six new decal sets for a variety of vehicles, plus reprinted two old ones as well.
The newcomers are:
  • D356217 Marder III Pak 36(r) on the Eastern & Italian Front. Card shapes for the 140 Pz.Jg.Abt. and more.
  • D356218 Ukrainian AFVs (Ukraine-Russia Crisis) Pt 7: 9K33M2, BRDM-2 & BTR-80. Including hand painted markings carried by these vehicles.
  • D356219 Sandbagged Shermans of the 14th Armored Division.
  • D356220 WILLYS for Padre & Chaplain. As the name says, markings for the Chaplain Willys.
  • D356221 Gagetown Leopard Tanks. Sabre-tooth heads for the Royal Canadian Dragoons
  • D356222 Late War SS Stug IIIs on the Eastern Front. SS vehicles featuring names like Bismark, Florian Geyer or Charkow.

Additionally, they have reprinted Leopard 2: Fearsome Cats of the European Nations, with decals for Leopard 2 covering six European Armies and Panzerkampfgruppe Strachwitz (Part 1), for Panzer IV Ausf. G and StuG III Ausf. G of this unit.

Those leopards look great. Are the Canadian Leo 2A4s modified in anyway or can I build one from the Meng kit out of the box?

The 2A4 CANs are modified in multiple ways. You can't use the Meng kit OOB. The same goes for the rebuilt 2A6M CANs but to a lesser degree.
