OK. I have these parts in my set RM 35149 with Slat Armpr as PE parts. In the new set of RM 35157 these parts are made of resin.

[/quote] None of those parts are shown in your build images and the parts images are so small they can't be seen if they are included. This is how confusion for the customer can be created by a company about a new product when not all the details are shown. Do you have any build images showing all the missing parts added or better images of the parts and indicate where the missing parts are? That would add some clarification to the issue. To be fair to Leopard Workshop you shouldn't be making comments about their products if you are getting your back up about them making comments about your products.

I will comment on the Leopard Workshop because he comments on the Real Model. Would you be his lawyer?

Hi Miloslav, I've worked with both you and Michael on your respective products and I've had very good experiences with the both of you. There is no need to turn against me for asking you to provide more details. I've also clambered around on real Canadian Leopard 2A6M CANs after their return to Canada from Afghanistan and after they have been rebuilt in order to document the details. I have a very good understanding of what details should be present. You as a company owner/operator should be able to professionally answer questions and reply to comments about your products. There is no need for sarcastic comments. If you have all the details and parts included for a modeller to build an accurate post Afghanistan Canadian Leopard 2A6M CAN that is great. But, the build images provided by you for RM 35157 contradict that. I am not sure why a product would be marketed without showing all of the details if they should be present. Ultimately that is your decision. Again, can you please provide some additional images to confirm all the details are included?

I have always had pre-production pictures when I announced the news. I'm pretty busy working, but when I build the model, I'm sure I'll put the photos with all the parts as I always did. I do not know why after announcing my news, some comments are so exaggerated. I had a CDN leopard set seven years ago and it was OK. Now the same thing without Slat Armor is bad? Strange deduction. I have enough pictures of these Leopards to see what's in there and what not.

I am not sure why you have such a defensive tone. There are no exaggerated comments...just accurate informed comments. If you want to post pre-production images for a news release then it might be a good idea to state that. You have the same images posted on your on-line store for modellers to buy the "in stock" conversion at the current time. The issue is not a comparison of your previous Leopard 2A6M CAN conversions/updates with this new one. The issue is that the way you are presenting RM 35157 in your images here on Armorama and on your website is that it does not represent any actual Canadian Leopard 2A6M CAN version as it is built with specific missing parts. Your build is shown missing all of the very visible welded on armour mounts for the sides and rear of the turret, for the upper rear hull, and along the entire lengths of the right and left side upper hull. Can you see how leaving off very important details in build images of a new product that is stated to be available and listed for purchase on your website might lend itself to confusion for a modeller who may also be looking at reference material and left wondering if your set is accurate?

It is just a matter of our company how we present our production. It is important if everything is in the box, what is to be there.
