Trumpeter models a WWII-era experimental Soviet heavy tank in 1/35 scale, the KV-3 heavy tank.
The Soviet KV-3 heavy tank was planned as the replacement to the KV-1. Prototypes were developed, varying in armor thickness and main specifications, unfortunately none went into the production stage.
With over 300 parts Trumpeter’s Russian KV-3 Heavy Tank (09544) features a kit with refined details such as multi-slide molded lower hull, photo-etched components, as well as link-and-length tracks. As built, the model stands at 276.7mm in length and 95mm in width.
