physically they look like reenactors.

B/c they look fat and old?

I don't agree at all! I personally know or have met countless Forces or Reservists who look like this; we live in an age plagued by obesity and many are working harder longer so no, they don't look like re-enactors to me. I rather like the figures as they look genuine to me. What's so hard to believe about a grizzled NCO or a heavy-set officer ( though you admittedly don't see a lot of them in Armour!)?

Look like rugby players. Why do you assume it's fat and not muscle? Either would probably turn you into a pretzel if you called him fat. I knew a couple of tankers like that. One was a steel worker and once flung an M85 fifty caliber machine gun all the way across a maintenance bay.

I'm just happy to see a British tank commander who isn't drink a mug of tea! it would have been nice to some dynamic/action poses for British troops but these don't look to bad, I will give them 7/10

Not sure if the fat comment was directed at what I said but I certainly didn't mean to imply that they were fat; just that we live in an age of, let's say, larger. And older. British Territorials fell into both categories.

DISAGREE! Which rule is it that says EVERY SINGLE FIGURE has to look like some Hollywood actor or SS-Propaganda Poster-Child?!?

No, not necessarily! See my previous comment...
