Available from MR Modellbau is a conversion set that offers an alternative to building your Hobby Boss VK 30.01(P).

MR Modellbau's Turret Simulator VK30.01(P) (MR-35617) was designed for the Hobby Boss kit # 83891. The conversion set includes:

• a simulation turret and inner turret floor
• two covers for the large side air-intake louvers
• new access hatches for the engine deck
• additional air-intake cover of the prototypes
• new front hull transport brackets
• working crane

Using the crane, a suggested diorama scene pairs the VK 30.01(P) with the VK 45.01(P) during its field tests.
