These were produced by Autocar (the vehicles were known as the Armoured Autocar) and equipped the 1st Canadian Motor Machine Gun Brigade, which I believe were the first mechanized armoured unit in the world.
There is one preserved in the Canadian War Museum.

Canada - first armoured unit, first nation to send tanks to Afghanistan, there seems to be a tiny bit of trend...
My grandad (RIP 1971, WW1 Veteran) knew of these simpler times. He would paraphrase about vehicles back then compared to the modern era with something like..."back then they had 500 parts and go 500 miles, but today they have 10,000 parts and go 100 miles". Maybe he had something there...

Perhaps for the 1970s but automotive longevity is much better now... even with the addional parts. Cars routinely go more than 100,000 miles with simple routine maintenence.
