Adalbertus Miniatures have just announced two new sets of AFV Crews. Also announced (in 1/48th scale) is an interesting little diorama piece.
When I met with Wojtek Bulhak of Adalbertus Miniatures in Nuremberg, back in february, one of the items I was asked to keep confidential, was this:

ADB35010 - Staghound Armoured Car Crew 1944-45. Consisting of Two 3/4 figures this Staghound AC Crew is designed for either the Bronco or Italeri 1:35 kits. Two alternative heads with Mk II armoured helmetsand decals with uniform insignia are included. These are:

2nd Household Cavalry Bn, alternative shoulder titles: "Life Guard" and "Royal Horse Guard" and unit insignia of the VIII Corps (Normandy) and XXX Corps (Market-Garden)

12th Manitoba Dragoons (18th Manitoba Armoured Car Rgt.) - Canadian II Corps Normandy - Falaise. Note: this unit markings are included in all 1:35 Bronco Staghound kits: #35011, #35017 i #35021.

Polish 2nd Corps in Italy 1944-45
12th Podolian Lancers Rgt. - 3rd Carpatian Riflemen Division (captured Monte Cassino monastery)

15th Poznan Lancers Rgt. - 5th "Kresowa" Infantry Division

Carpathian Lancers - Recce Unit of Polish 2nd Corps

Of course this set will be equally useful for almost ANY British AFV of the period and inevitably, for ANY Armored Car. Price is 19.80 EUR.

Another AFV Crew set has also been announced with:

TM35F20 - Polish Army 2007, Leopard 2 A4 Crew This contains two 3/4 resin figures along with with unit and rank insignia for the 10th Armoured Cavalry brigade. Price is 21.00 EUR.

Finally, for those working in 1/48th scale, this:

TM 48F51 - Mirella - Girl with Donkey Designed to be used in any Mediterranean setting, the set retails at 16.00 EUR.

Hi Jim, Thanks for the heads up. Nice looking Staghound Crew, pity they are 3/4 figs, never understood the reasoning for that. Al

Since I recently picked up a Staghound (unfortunately not Bronco), I think, I might consider this kit.

Jim, I like the fact that they come with unform decals. Nice touch! Darryl

I have also just received a staghound and have a Humber on the way. Looks like an excellent set of figures. The more Beret clad figures the better.

Looking good, great to see more British type figures , it is a pity there are no NZ insignia included. But there again the uniforms look to neat and tidy for kiwi crews Although the operators hatch has been modified like the NZ vehicles, I wonder if the is a vehicle conversion on the way? Still nice to see a Battle Jerkin. cheers David

Thanks for the news Jim. Gotta love those decals for the Polish Crew - I've been trying to get those shoulder patch's for ages. I'd get the kit for those alone. Great stuff, Paul

I'll second that. The Polish uniforms decals alone make this one worth getting. Oh, the possibilities... -YL
