Glenn Bartolotti has just mailed us with details of his latest Step by Step Finishing Guide which is published and avalable in PDF Format.
Volume 9: Step by Step Finishing Guide AEC Dorchester 2nd Armd. Div North Africa.
Now this is a little different from some of the previous titles in Glenn's excellent series. This time, it is more than simply finishing a vehicle, it also includes a step-by-step guide to actually BUILDING the vehicle from scratch.
Contents of the New Guide are;
Step by Step Finishing Build
Step by Step Paint/Weathering
Short Video on PDF
Scale Plans
Original Color Renderings
Briitish References
Reference to Rommel's AEC
War-Time Photos
Now, Glenn was kind enough to send me a copy of the new PDF and my first reaction was one of complete nostalgia... Many years ago, I scratched the AEC Command Vehicle - first in 1/72nd and later in 1/35th and more than anything, this shows how far we've come.
Glenn's excellent guides can be obtained for download directly from his site:

Cost of each file, depending on the level of complexity, runs from 99 cents, to $3.95, which, considering the quality and quantity of material included in each PDF, is definitely a real bargain!
My thanks to Glenn for the Update!
