I have taken one picture, but am waitng for some natural sunlight tomorrow to take a lot better pics. (I have a lot better luck with natural light than artificial )
But here is a pic of the gender confused Karl
I'm going to try to take some good pictures considering I sunk about $80 bucks in this project and I want it to look good on the internet considering most will never see it.

Here is Adam in all his glory. I have done my very best. It may not be as good as most if not everyone's work, but I am very proud of it. I started this project Nov. 22 I believe, anyway, it's been a lot of hard work and I wouldn't have been able to do this without the help of both everyone that has posted and those who have been curious onlookers. Thank you everyone.
The kit is the Trumpeter Morser Karl Initial and Production Kit. It has enough parts to keep anyone of any difficulty busy for a while. To be honest, there were a lot of times my butt was kicked by this kit but I tried my best to perservere and I'm proud to say I made it. I've done my best with the limited beginner skills I have to make it the most realistic I could.
Here's Adam, Enjoy the fruits of my labor...

Well, there you go. My biggest project is finished.
I have a diorama planned but it will be a long time before I work on it or any other models due to many issues.
Thanks Everyone for looking!

Padawan,
I thought my log was finished but I'm glad you've posted a final comment!
Your Karl looks really nice although I dont see a name? Anyway, I also looked at your 88 build and it looks like a good project.
I'm sorry I couldn't have replied sooner but BP 50+ miles on the AT takes a while

Well Padawan,
After growing attached to German Big Gun inginuity, I was kind of thinking of doing a Sturer Emil once I get the funds back up after a while. It's large size, flat walls, really big gun, and interior is just begging for me to try a lot of stuff on it. And for the base price of $23, I think its a good bargain. Now the paints on the other hand...
Maybe you should say "screw the King Tigers" and build something you know will leave a "bigger" impression
I made a small base for it a while ago and I can get some pictures up of it if anyone wants it.
Rich

OK, now I said I was completely done but I think I can do a better base than this:
Any ideas? I tried going for a simple base to just show off the vehicle, but now it looks like Adam has stormed the beaches somewhere
Do I need to scrap the basework and/or the tracks?
Should I just go with only a fancy piece of wood?
Should I maybe get rid of the rust on the mufflers? (I know, a little late for that one)
I'm open to all suggestions, I just want to show off the vehicle
Rich

srsly, ur mud isnt realistic. it looks like clay with some grass pressed in. it shold be darker, and have little to no lumps. grass should be toned down on the tracks as well. also, try adding some pigements to the vehicle as well as some small chips on the hanrails, breech..etc..any place that sees regular wear. just some cc no offense intended
