hi Tony,
If memory serves, Hesse (a gasoline company that brings out injection molded toy type/promo stuff yearly)had a nice version of the GM motor home some years back, of the type that was used in "Stripes". They can often be found on Ebay, found mine at a yard sale for $5. BTW it is 1/24-1/25 scale and I believe has simple interior(I believe).

If shipwrights are permitted can I do the sub from Operation Petticoat and get credit on the Armorama page? My daughter is in the Navy and she would find the pink submarine pretty funny.

Was thinking of going for "CROSS OF IRON" starring James Coburn in this gripping account of the doomed german platoon facing annihilation at the hands of the russians during 1943.
if that ok,

Hi
Like the banner.
I'm going to do The battle of the Bulge with the M47 Patton tanks as Tiger's.
just need to find some suitable figure's to go with my idea.

the ones actually used in courage under fire were ex Australian army centurions bought of a mate of mine a few years ago
the chieftains were used in jar head & hulk & Cradle to the grave

Hey Jakes357 thanks for the information to build a Stripes vehicle. I watched Romero's "Land of the Dead" last night. I forgot about this vehicle. Not sure what kits I would need to bash to create a Dead Reckoning vehicle.
Any thoughts? I was thinking about starting with a Stryker or a 18 wheel truck.

Hello All,
I have a Texan in 1/48 scale to remake it into a torpedo plane used in the movie Tora, Tora, Tora. Now all I need is the decals for a Japanese plane.
All signed up and ready to go. I am glad that this campaign got off the ground.
Cheers,
Bruce
