I have been noticing a lot of interest in "what if" subjects here and feel it may be a good idea to get everyone organized together in a campaign encompassing these subjects.
This campaign would welcome everything theoretically possible from conversions to paper panzers to war walkers. Unlike my other campaigns this one is going to focus solely on ground forces.
I know that most people will be focused on WWII subjects, but this campaign will not put any limitations on time periods including post-apocalyptic. Any questions please post them, I want to hear what you guys have to say

Maybe just too many campaigns going on at same time. That can make folks hesitating to enlist, otherwise subject is very interesting. Don´t give up too fast..

I'd be interested, but only if it doesn't conflict with other campaigns too much.

I'm interested. Maybe another police vehicle, or a Winnebago Stryker.

I only just noticed this one thread (in skimming, I must have thought it was the AeroScale campaign of the same name.)
Russ, Winnebago's are always funny/engaging. I like your ideas-- they get me thinking. Here's one I did for my HO train club:
I'm slogging through the Steam Punk campaign currently, throwing all manner of things at my poor kit. I'd be interested in this "what if"-- a little more focused and refined than what I'm currently doing. I just have to get back into it, I think, to get the enthusiasm up again.
anyway, count me toward your 10, if you need me.

I was seriously waiting for you too start this campaign xD Im in with a post apocalypse dio : )
I just got these guys and thought they would fit in some apocalyptic scene with the mix of mill and civilian clothes. And they really look like a pack of scavengers with all their equipment. I could even add more. Maybe also gasmasks.

It's sounds really good Jeremy! How about real life vehicles in "what if" situations e.g. the Wehrmacht in England or the Warsaw Pact forces in Western Europe or in the USA?

I'm thinking the former Confederacy and the 3rd Reich join forces. It;s an idea I have been kicking around for a while, so I have most of the project planned out, I just need to work out some stowage issues and finish gathering what I need.

Jeremy,
Sounds great. If I recall there was one not to long ago but I missed out on it. I have two “what if” projects on deck and really wanted a good excuse to build one. Anytime is good for me provided there is a long build time, I’m rather slow.
Can’t wait!!

Russ: I agree with Sean, your projects are way cool! I really liked the armored SWAT vehicle, and would welcome any ideas you have
Sean: Great! I'm hoping this will be a place to generate lots of motiviation
G: Right on! And great ideas, I'll be looking forward to whichever direction you go
Simon: Glad I could be of service Those figures look like they will easily adapt to any kind of "what if" ideas you could throw out there, very nice!
Matthew: Awesome! I'm looking forward to hearing more about your idea(s)
Axel: I am fully aware of those issues and plan on accommodating them
Wojtek: I think it's a great idea!
Andy: You bet! There are no limitations as long as it is at least theoretically possible
Hakan: Great work! Can't wait to see what you come up with next!
Eric: I'm pretty sure that you are correct, as I remember missing out on something like that as well. I'm already planning on a long run time due to the amount of contemplation and scratchbuilding that is going to inevitably occur during this campaign. And you're not the only slow builder on here, so I fully understand

Reading between the lines, it sounds like I am hearing August 2011-August 2012? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm interested in making this work for everyone so speak up if you have any suggestions/concerns so that I may address them before officially submitting anything.
