Ok guys here is what I just came up with. Most of the active campaigns end in December of this year, including the Tamiya Campaign, 12/31/11 and the OOB Campaign 1/1/12, so lets add a month for some extensions and on February 1st start a Dragon Only OOB Campaign.
1-Any scale Dragon kit with no AM.
2-If a figure kit is used it must be in a diorama setting.
3-6 months duration or do you want a longer time frame? Let me know.

Sal, some Dragon kits are crowded with PE, Metal gun etc...
should we scrap those ?
find a Dragon kit without goodies or if it comes with the kit it's ok ?

No matter what .. I'm in !!
Plenty of kits to choose from..

Maybe a longer time frame, since we all end up doing to many Campaigns , finishing end of September would be nice

Thats the whole point of Out of the Box, No After Market goodies, use all the good stuff that Dragon includes in the kit.

An 8 month campaign works fine gets us through the semmer

Hi Tony, I'll be seeing your great work in those campaigns as well, there is no rule as to when you can join in after the start date so welcome. Do you think we should make it longer then 8 months

@ Sean that what I'm talking about there bud buying in bulk, nice

Any reason to buy a Dragon kit is a good reason. Nine months sounds good. I'm in. Think I'll be doing a Nashorn.

Well I'd be up for it - there must be at least one DML kit in my stash that isn't destined to be kitbashed!

Dragon OOTB! Count me in (IF of course you allow maybe 8 - 9 months or more from Jan 2012 for actually getting it done)!

Yay! Onliest kit I have built OOTB in over 35 years! was the Flakpanzer 1A kit (6220?) I did last year! It was a real trial... I was totally afraid I could not actually do it - addiction to fiddling and adding being what it is! - The kit turned out to be a real cool little gem!

So, how about it - can I enter my OOTB flak-poodle 1 here?

OK. I have a few (85 or so...?) UNBUILT Dragons - sure I can find something to put in!

Ok guys it looks like we have our minimum of 10 people committed and that most of you would like a 9 month campaign. I will get the proposal together later in the week and submit it to the Campaign Approvers powers to be
I will keep my fingers crossed

I´m interested too. I have a lot of Dragon kits on stash but I have to see first, how my Military Railroad campaign starts to go further after start. I´ll make my final decision later.

so if you build the kit can you put it in the diorama for the campaign or is it strictly just the kit campaign?

It's the leader's decision, but looking at the rules, I would say if the kit is OOB then you can put it in a diorama (in other words the diorama does not count as the kit build). I extrapolated that from the rule where a figure kit has to be in a diorama.

Ah just thought of a question? Is adding Zimmerit to a tank considered AM? I usually use Milliput.

Kevin B.;

I should think that scratching on some DIY zimm would be the same or comparable to doing any other scratch mods... If "OOTB" includes not doing scratch-building or additions, then the DIY zimm should be out as well, no? Just MHO! Bob;)
