Well here is just a small update. I done a simple light wash around the details, finish painting the figures, began painting the B-11, and gathered up stowage for the deck. More to follow soon.

Great work going on everyone

Pretty sweet build there Gary, I guess once you moved from the suspension, the rest went together really quick Keep up the good work buddy.

Now if I can just find some motivation to work on my stuff. It's been a meh day for me and no desire to work on anything

Thanks Christopher! I appreciate it. Yeah, its gone pretty smooth after the hull halves went together, I gotta say that IMO this is one of the best Dragon kits ive built. Its fun and things fit real nice. Of course the instructions are difficult to decifer at times, but thats nothin' new.

Hey, Chris we all have those days where the mojo runs low. A couple days and youll be recharged and good to go man.

Hi everyone,
@ Christopher: lovely build and paint job you´ve done there,
I wish I could paint figures to your standards, mine just look like sick creatures from hell.

@ Gary: your Puma is fantastic, can´t wait for the paintjob on that. Just shows that Dragon are light years ahead from Italeri.

Here´s my efforts from today

Hi Gary,

It's a great surprise, full interior, engine & transmission, PE. Plastic , fitting as good as Bronco's 221 so far.

Hi John & everyone,

I had hoped to do a scratch-build for this one, but I'm getting worried about running out of time and am thinking I might be better off with a kit-build. So my question is, would a SpPz2 Luchs (the 8-wheeled grand-child of all those Pumas you guys are building!) qualify? It's an AFV, but alas no passenger-carrying capacity.

Naturally, if I get time for the Mk IX as well, I'll be posting it here!

I picked up Tamiya's M2A2 Bradley at Nats and was wondering if I can use an ODF or OFI photo-etch to make it either of those versions? The kit is pretty basic, otherwise. Quite a few ejector pin marks to be filled and the fit isn't quite right.

John I'm really digging the HB 223 I did not know there was that much detail in the kit, I've seen them finished up, but never from the build point.

I know how the multiple builds and multiple campaigns are, I've been monkeying around with a german special forces g-wagon today just for fun. Hoping to do some more work on the btr tonight.

Paul- love the cougar, did one last year and made some improvements on it. The kit has a few issues with it when you compair it to the real deal, but overall great kit. I'm not exactly the best at painting figures, I love painting uniforms and equipment, but suck at painting flesh. I just use a good old simple brown wash for the facial details and call it good.

Keep up the good work everyone

Started working on the interior

I know Christopher, me too I'm surprised with the quality and detail. I recommend it, it is as good as a Dragon or Bronco kit , as you can see on the pics it has interior, engine, PE

I wasn't expecting that level of detail (suspension, engine, transmission and interior.. ), so far I am really happy with the kit, I expect to get some more HobbyBoss kits "VK tanks"..

Hey Gary, great work, I love how the turret looks I say go with what you have, it will tie in better once you start your weathering. Keep up the good work.
