very cool Mike.
12 hours of building a day? If i can do 6 hours, that's good.
It's too cold in the cave for any evening building here.
What did you do for weathering?

Hello Sal,
Great paint job. which era did you use. the 1943 cammo or the 1944 cammo? it reminds ne of the 1944 Eastern Front cammo used in the spring. just wondering, thats all.
Cheers,
Bruce

Great work Sal !
I like the camo, the tone you achieved with the weathering is great.
Just don't forget the metallic colour on the tracks
Like these:
Oh .. almost forgot, I got a photo of Sal working on those DS tracks:

Update.
Painted Olive Drab.
Final stages of assembly. Add tracks, painted rubber on roadwheels.
Dark wash and drybrushing.
Decals for Carol. The decals were very fragile and we had one casualty....turret top insignia. I'll have to dig out a replacement from the spares. Added antenna and MG. I still have some final touches and such.
It's basically done. I still have a few touch-up things to do. I'm probably not going to do a base or crew. I'm debating on stowage.

I am planning to build the PaK 43 from ARV. They do show a multi colour paint scheme which is quite impressive. I am trying to figure out how to recreate it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Excellent projects being crated and finished on this campaign.

Hmm, speaking of Pak 43's... Mine will be the Flakpanzer IV, 1/48 from Tamiya.
