Matthew, that's a great M10. Real good job!
Those brass rounds are quite convincing, you never get those looks by painting. Are they from Tamiya as well?

I've got the interior of my M10 completed and painted. I'm going to post some pics as soon as I find my USB cable to hook my camera up to the computer. It's coming along nicely.

Red,
Great looking M10. Great job with an older kit.
I will get pictures of my finished Jagdpanther up as soon as work and the weather cooperate.
I am impressed by how enthusiastic everyone is with this campaign. Really makes it fun to flollow along.

My Achilles is almost there about 90% done, Base 2% done and crew 40%.
I have a week off coming up so hopefully I will be able to get some work done on this project as I have been enjoying this build.
Ciao

First thanks for your efforts in keeping everyone motivated, updated, and focused on "Tank Destroyers". The support and progress tracking of the projects shows that success. You're running a GREAT Campaign so far and you've honored Garry in doing so.
For me despite all the end of season baseball tournaments going on, I've managed to get the Cavalier "zimmerit" (great product by the way) on my Dragon "JagdPanther" and upper hull done except for paint. Focus now is on the lower hull & running gear (joy of painting road wheels) and getting my Fallschirmjager figures going. Making progress and hope to post some pics soon. Thanks,
Blade48mrd

Oh I always hate that lol, painting road wheels. Always a relief once you've done that :-)
Good luck!

I've got my Jagdpanzer IV L/48 assembly just about completed. I gave the kit an initial coating of white and will try to do a winter white wash pattern as shown on the boxart. It was a pretty good little kit and I recommend it to anyone wishing to try a 1/72 scale kit. The tracks are the older style vinyl with minimal detail on the inside. I will try to post photos this weekend.

My M10 iscoming along nicely, despite panicking about getting my Canadian firefly finished in time. Heres a couple of snaps...
I'm particularly pleased with the crumpled fender made from a foil pie-dish. What is it with the front hatches- they will not open at the correct angle... and having said that my previous academy M10s had been good fits, this one required some filling around the turret. Me and my big mouth!

Oh oh oh......you dissappoint me
But well, I'm not working on the TD as well...now working on my 251/22's crew and ammo crates + 75mm ammo.
Gonna finish painting the halftrack once I've finished school (next week). I'll also built and paint the PAK40 then. The halftrack is now finished in it's base dark yellow coat......so I'll add another dark yellow coat but then mixed with some buff or flesh for some shading, then I'll spray cammo.
The diorama I have in mind will have to wait till I'm back from my 3 weeks Austria I'm gonna enjoy

Well my 1/35th Elefant isn't faring well. I finally finished the Fruil tracks and mounted them and realized that I had 2 parts move during assembly away from where I had clamped them and that pretty much ruins the kit as I can not remove them at this point.
So I am either going to shelf and start something new or see what I can do. I could simply start again on a new Elefant but I don't think I can successfully remove the etch zimmerit from the hull which means I have to replace that also.
I have a backup plan or 2 so something will be incoming before the due date.

Carl and Robin, thanks for your entries!
Will you stick to 1 entry or will you built another?

Martin,
Here is my Marder III 38 (t) from Tamiya. I had time to assembly it in this weekend and I think it will be ready for first coat tonight.
