Nice entry my friend! Just one little thing I noticed: some of the decals are a bit silvering.
Here's an update on my amphib:
Time to add decals, weathering etc.
Looks a bit darker on the pic than in reality..
Martin
lol guess what's that in the background

Finally got started on mine over the last few days - tamiya's 1/35 Schwimmwagen with Eduard PE set. Other than that I'm trying not to fiddle with her and add too much extra!
Top of hull isn't fitted yet, I'm going to paint the inside first. Quick and dirty pics without tripod and under artificial light, just to prove I've actually made a start! :-)

Looks sweet!
My Amphibs entry:
LVT-4 Buffalo
79th Armoured Division
Operation Infatuate II
Westkapelle, Walcheren
Holland, November 1st 1944
Future plans are a 20mm polsten cannon which I haven't been able to buy yet and some mud (with which I'll wait till I've made some more progress on the diorama). So, for now it's finished and my entry for Amphibs!

Well, I posted this in a thread a while back, but figured I'd also place it in the official thread. This is my Italeri DUKW w/105 mm howitzer. This is pretty much the same kit as their original DUKW, but with wheel skirts and, of course, the howitzer. It went together pretty easily and the fit was actually better on this one than the original in a few areas. Sorry for the poor pics. It really does look better in person than it does here.

Getting close to completion!
Hi everyone here is my entry for the group build. Tamiya G.P.A. Jeep out of the box. The kit is good despite its age. The decals were stubborn I should have got some dry transfers instead. I still need to fix the stowage and weather the model as well.
Sincerely,
Brian

Finished my T38 amphib tank!!
(Just had to squeez some pictures out of my camera because the batteries run flat and the charger doesn't work anymore after it had a shower of limonade by my youngest son...)
The tanker is a figure from Tamiya.
The turret hatch was scratchbuild to have an open hatch (the original one was molded in closed position).
To show you how small these tanks were I made a picture with a GPA to compare; both 1:35 scale!

Here are some pics of my entry for this undoubtedly wet campaign. Sorry for joining this late guys. I hope to have it finished by the deadline. It went together OK, just required some more filling and sanding on the hull than usual. It is to be primed and painted tomorrow

Hello amphibians
Here is my entry:
It's Italeri's kit, build straight out of the box, with no extra details besides the camonetting. No major problems, no major comments. Anyway, enjoy.
Happy holidays
Simon

Hey Simon, looks nice!
I like the detail of the covered windshield window.
Very nice picture BTW, the black let the model come out great!
Pedro, very nice BTR monster!
Besides my T38 (few posts above) I had build this (below) BRDM amphib vehicle for the SIK FOR 'ya campaign. I had the Dragon/Revell kit, but looking at the detail level on simular parts (like the gun and turret) of your model, I would say Zvezda did a bether job than Dragon!
Looking forward to see your model finished!

Thanks Paul!
Zvezda's BTR 70 is the reboxed dragon kit AFAIK, but for the afghan war version it has diferent turret (from the BTR 80?) also from dragon I assume.
I like your BRDM, especially that it is based on actual photo, besides it is nice to see a polish subject
Cheers

I did the Italeria DUKW with 105 OOTB in the Marine 3-color camo scheme. I still need to replace the mirrors and do some more weathering.

I think it has to do with the recent changes and work on the site.
I've got the same problem with my Berlin '45 ribbon (yes, I'm early with it...) and TreeCat suffered the same problem for the Bombs Away ribbon.
Staffmember Dexter059 mentioned that StaffJim was still working on it. So we have to be a little patient I guess
Paul
PS; further it's important it is a GIF file and named after the number given (in your case: 96.gif)

I hope it will work december 31st, the end of this campaign!
