Ok grayghost I like your ideas I want you to help me with 1 thing what should some of the rules be

MATT

hello Matt,
i looked at the other campaign's to see what there rules are.here is my ideas on it.
1)campaign is the early blitzkrieg years.Sept.1,1939-May 1,1941
2)any vehicle and or infantry or support troops during that time period.
3)Europe only.
4)stand alone models or dio's.
5)at least 1 picture inthe the official gallery and/or posted in the official thread.
6)mulitple builds encouraged.
7)a ribbon upon completion of the campaign.
8)campaign start April 1,2008-Sept 1,2008
9)if you have any questions, please ask
matt i am not sure about #10.i think to pull in the prople on the other sites we might want to include this:
10)any aircraft dio is allowed, but it has to have a vehicle with it,any ship dio allowed but must have vehicleor troops with it ie:the dunkirk evacuation.this might make it a "super campaign" which might be hard to keep track of.
what are your thoughts.
cheers,
Bruce

I think this should become an operation instead of a mission

I am in, I may try and find a Polish or a French tank for this one. Or we limiting ourselves only to German vehicles?

hello Andrew,
if it was used during the period of Sept. 1,1939-May 1,1941 it is good to go.a polish tank would be great as in most modeler's do Russian,American,or German tanks.i am hoping that people who sign up will model other counties tanks, vehicle or troops.

Gentlemen, this is sounding good! I'll go in on this one, too.

I like the idea of including other countries; there were some decidedly different vehicles out there. It would be nice to see some of the other variations on the theme that we can all come up with.

Matt, Bruce, PM me and let me know what you find out... I've sort of got an idea for a campaign kicking around in the back of my head, too...
